You may pick up your pet in the morning during scheduled hours at no additional charge. Afternoon pickups during scheduled hours will be charged a full day.
The boarding charges are calculated similar to human resorts, meaning that you are charged for a full day on the day that the pet is checked in to Tails A Wagg'n Pet Resort.
After hours drop-offs and pick-ups will be charged an additional $10.00 fee.
