Need to be away for just one day? We now offer an option where your pet will be boarded in a private room just like our other resort guests, but for a one day stay. All boarding requirements and paperwork apply. See HERE.
Boarding Hours
Monday-Friday: 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 - 10:00 a.m
Sunday: 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 - 5:00 p.m
Just like a hotel or resort, you may check out in the morning on the final day at no additional charge. Afternoon pickups on your pet's final day will be charged a full day.
After hours drop-offs and pick-ups will be charged an additional $10 fee.
Early drop-offs must be arranged in advance. Late pick ups are allowed at 8:00 p.m. only.
WE ARE CLOSED ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for all major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and spring break week in March.) The deposit will go toward your pet's stay.
Cancellations: A seven day notice is required. Reservations cancelled without proper notice will forfeit deposit.
